Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! Summer Registration for the upcoming year will be conducted all online through Skyward, our student management system. In addition, complete details about the new year, including registration, will be mailed in the back-to-school issue of the Rocket Review, our school newsletter.
Registration Forms will be available in Skyward beginning Monday, July 10, 2023, at 8:00 AM. To complete the process and ensure that your student’s classes for next year are not dropped, both parents and students are required to fill out forms in Skyward by Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at 3:00 PM. Please check your email for login information being sent July 6th. Once you log in to Skyward Family Access via our homepage, you will see the “Online Registration 2023-2024” link. You can expect to see registration forms including updating address, phone, and email, completing the Free and Reduced Lunch Application, and completing athletic permission forms.
In addition to completing these forms for each student, you can also pay your student’s fees in Skyward, either for the semester or the year. When logged into Skyward, the Fee Management tab is on the left. This tab will allow you to view your students’ fees for the 2023-2024 year and make payments for those fees. You can also put money on your student’s lunch account. If you prefer to make payments in person rather than online, you can do so in our Business Office any day after July 10, 2023, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
Another step in the registration process is verifying residency. For freshmen and current students who have moved to a new address since last school year, two original proof of residency documents must be mailed to the school by August 1, 2023. Documents that can be used must be dated within the past two months and generally connect you to your property and include: power bill, water bill, cable bill, garbage pick-up, mortgage payment, rental receipt. If you receive these bills electronically, please email copies of two of them to sgales@limestone310.org by August 1st. Please direct your residency questions to the Deans’ Office at 697-6271, EXT 1430, beginning August 1st.
Should you need any assistance in the registration process, we will again hold our Family Assistance days on July 11-13, July 17-20, and July 24-27. The Principals’ Office will be open each day from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM to assist with the online forms or receive residency documents. If you need an earlier or later time, please contact the Principals’ Office at 697-6271, EXT 1455, to schedule a time. The Business Office will be open as well to receive payments or accept Free and Reduced Lunch forms. Please do not hesitate to call us with your questions or utilize our Family Assistance Days. We are always happy to assist you.
