Great spring weather for a lot of activities at LCHS tonight - boys tennis, softball, girls soccer, and track were all in action tonight.
Mrs. Minter's Anatomy students have been following the journey through pregnancy week by week. The class hosted a baby shower on March 23 and donated gifts to the Dream Center for their Hope Store. While dropping off their donation, the class spent time volunteering at the Hope Store. They sorted clothing, put out shoes in the store, and assembled hygiene bags. Students also toured the Dream Center facilities, including their prom room, where they store the items for their PROMise of Hope event in March.
Mrs. Stout's Honors Biology students are dissecting squids this morning as a part of a comparative anatomy unit in which they contrast structures of animals with the comparative processes they all share (circulation, digestion, movement, respiration, etc). #fearthelaunch
