This week, our freshmen, sophomores and juniors will take the state-required PSAT and SAT on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Seniors will not attend school on March 20. We encourage seniors to job shadow, make a college visit, or join friends for a community service project.
On March 20, freshmen and sophomores will conclude their PSAT tests at around 11:15 am. Transportation will be provided for freshmen and sophomore students at the conclusion of their PSAT exams. Juniors and SPED will finish the SAT around 12:30 pm and will be dismissed from school at that time. Juniors will need to arrange their own transportation after the exam. All bus routes will run as usual to start the school day. Juniors and SPED students who need a ride can sign up in the Principal’s Office.
This year, the PSAT and SAT tests will be proctored electronically utilizing student Chromebooks. It is vitally important that all students have their charged Chromebook on March 20 in order to take the exam. Please be sure that students are in the habit of taking your Chromebook home, charging it, and bringing it back to school.
If you have questions, please contact the Principal’s office.
